We demystify strategic change for leadership teams
Organisations who have recognised the requirement for Strategic or Transformational Change, but have struggled to define or align the various different initiatives. This is good for organisations that have Leadership teams that have less experience of delivering change, technically enabled or otherwise.
We work with organisations to look at their estate holistically (Business, Data, Technology & Infrastructure). At this point we work with Leaders to make decisions that shape Strategies, Organisational Objectives, Strategic Change Roadmaps, Target Operating Models or Investment Plans. We also offer ongoing coaching and support for organisations that want to grow their leadership teams confidence in overseeing Strategic Change.

It empowers business leaders to be able to assure themselves that they are getting the return on investment, in some of their biggest financial investment initiatives. We up-skill and embed your change frameworks
Organisations who recognise that they would like to mature their ability to deliver change and want to grow their existing people capability to do this. Often required when an organisation is keen to deliver change, but doesn't know where to start, or is part way through delivering change and realises that their teams don't have the right skills or tools to unlock the value. This is great for organisations that don't want to get stuck in the expensive loop of relying on external experts to deliver change, instead choosing to invest in growing their internal capability and maturing their internal frameworks or tool kit.
We work with organisations from ‘where they are at’. Offering a free initial assessments, before providing support helping organisations to confirm what their capability gaps are, then support them to fill them. This could be through recruitment support, in house training, coaching or creation of change management frameworks.
We assess the current organisational ways of working and create/tailor Change Frameworks, so that teams are clear on how change should be delivered. Refreshing and embedding Change Frameworks offers tools, guides and creates clear processes to ensure that change delivers to the organisations strategic vision. We do this through ensuring that the approach to operational change delivery is clear and linked to technical or strategic change ambitions.
We work with organisations to understand what their capability gaps are. Using our experience and understanding of the market, we support organisations to gauge if the capability gaps can be filled through bespoke training or going out to the market for new resource. In either case, we support the journey. We draft role specifications, analyse the market and support in interview panels or we shape training courses aligned with the Change Framework and roll it out to teams.
All organisations are required to change to survive. Having the right Change Management Capability guiding this through is often one of the biggest barriers to success. Our customers and previous organisations have told us that it can be an expensive and exhausting endeavour when getting this wrong. ‘Out of the Box’ change training can offer pieces of the puzzle, but often don't embed easily, many practitioners working to different guardrails creating friction. We believe that change tool kits are a better approach to getting people aligned and tailoring to the type of organisations ways of working.

We share templates that have been successful in delivering Change Management, in a variety of different contexts. Focusing on specific areas, we offer the templates in combination with Blogs or Guidance that will support users to drag and drop this into their practice.
We believe that the right tools will take you a long way. After shaping and tailoring various templates over the years, as part of honing our practice, we believe that sharing more broadly and for free, helps us all to get better at what we do. A lack of community and sharing of our Change Management practice means that those who don't live in the Change world are often not equip to succeed. We plan to change that.
