Now managing a portfolio of work as a Strategic Change Consultant, Kanika works to a 'tech for good' mission, working with organisations to lift the vail on technology, empowering them to make decisions that unlock the benefits of technology to their organisation.

​Offering a mixed skillset, she combines her cross-sector adaptability, with her background leading both technical change and people change. This means you get a unique perspective through your engagements, as the 'business', infrastructure, data and applications are considered holistically.

Alix is a highly experienced transformation leader who has worked extensively across the public and private sector. She doesn't believe that humans resist change, but experience has taught her that humans do resist change done badly, and there is a lot of poorly executed change around.

Her mission is to change how we do change. That means working closely with organisations who want to change, to help them really understand the problem(s) they are trying to solve, work out what they want instead of what they have got today and then support them in bridging that divide. She helps organisations think boldly, but not unrealistically and then is entirely practical in helping them develop plans to execute change.

She has lead a huge variety of projects from organisational redesigns to outsourcing programmes to process improvement and she believes that a combination of adaptive leadership, kindness and humour are the key ingredients to successful change.

With nearly 25 years of experience in Change Management and APMP qualified, from analyst to director, Natalie is a confident and self-motivated individual specialising in PMO, Programme & Project Management disciplines. 

Highly experienced in trouble shooting failing projects and programmes, especially complex transformation programmes, predominantly Business and HR focussed. 

Natalie has a reputation for delivering high quality results within aggressive deadlines across a broad portfolio of organisations including Private Equity backed companies, Higher Education, Government, Finance and Retail. 

Renowned for personal resilience, strong leadership capability, trouble shooting in  challenging environments and the ability to instil calmness and structure to chaos. 

NICOLE BARKER - VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

A committed virtual assistant with a background in diary management, travel coordination and PA support.

Nicole has worked in a variety of roles within the Higher Education sector, before starting her own Virtual Assistant business in May 2022 - Nicole Barker Virtual.

She has worked with Beetroot Consulting since the start of her venture and is often the bridge between Kanika's diary and stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and beneficial structure to her working life.
